In order to maximize the value of pioneer scientists efforts to authors and users the following pioneer scientists copyright policies shall be applied throughout the pioneer scientists:
1. pioneer scientists shall serve and protect the interests of its authors and their works.
2. All scientific, technical, educational and professional works sent to pioneer scientists, are required to obtain demanded copyrights.
